Anthony "AB" Bourke

Major Anthony Bourke is an F-16 fighter pilot with a career spanning tactical missions worldwide. Bourke accumulated more than 2,700 hours of flight time in high-performance aircraft and was among the first pilots to fly an F-16 in homeland defense missions over New York City following September 11. After his military service, Bourke transitioned to the business sector, applying fighter pilot strategies to leadership and performance improvement.

Bourke became a leading mortgage banker in the Western United States and later joined a California-based startup, where his team grew annual revenue from $500,000 to $65 million in three years.
